Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played the role for seven seasons on AMC's historical comedy Mad Men from 2007-2015. Apart from receiving critic praise, her work in the series earned her six Emmy Award nominations for the category of best supporting actor. She has been known in her two-decade career for her roles as a law comedy Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Films in which she has been praised by her character on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Her voice has been used in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. Before that, she was working as a model, and carried on for several years before making her acting debut on TV with the anthology show Undressed at the end of 1999. The actress had her first big character in the comedy-drama show Beggars and Choosers. After the show, she was recognized for the part she played on Firefly. Esquire magazine declared her to be the most attractive female across America in 2010 and declared it the sexiest women on the planet.
